GYROKINESIS®
Duration 75 minutes - Class description to come.
Yoga
Duration 75 minutes
This flow class focuses on stretching, strengthening, controlled movements and rhythmic breathing. It builds heat, core strength and stamina while bringing vitality to your body, mind, and spirit. This is an intermediate class that is based on the traditional styles of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Leave this class feeling energized andinvigorate. Class capacity is eight participants.

Apparartus Class Descriptions
Pilates Basics—A Starter Class
Duration 60 minutes
New to Pilates or want a refresher class? This group class offers a moderate workout that will help you move with greater ease. The course focuses on the fundamental Pilates exercises on the mat and apparatus - covering breathing and working in neutral spine. You’ll increase your awareness and ability, while releasing and strengthening challenging areas. Class capacity is 6 participants.
Reformer for Seniors
Duration 45 minutes
Pilates for seniors is designed for clients 55 years and older. This workout will improve movement, strength and flexibility needed by seniors to carry out normal daily activities. Pilates may also help alleviate pain associated with arthritis and sciatica. Exercises will be done on the
mat and on reformers and will be modified as needed. Pilates has no age barriers and is an
amazing tool for keeping aging bodies ageless. Class capacity is 5 participants.
Release Neck and Shoulders
Duration- 60 minutes
Sit all day at a computer? Do your neck and shoulders a favor ? come unwind them. Many of us carry our stress and tension in these areas. This session focuses focus on releasing and controlling the movement in your neck and shoulders, while also providing a full-body workout. Appropriate for beginners and intermediate clients. Class capacity is 6 participants.
Pilates for Backs
Duration- 60 minutes
Is your back weak or stiff? This session will focus on the strength and flexibility of your spine, while still conditioning your whole body. In conventional workouts, weak muscles tend to get weaker and strong muscles tend to get stronger. The result is muscular imbalance - a primary cause of back pain. Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. Balance and condition your entire musculature system and enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease. Appropriate for beginners and intermediate clients. Class capacity is 6
participants.

Tone Your Body with GYROTONIC®
Duration- 60 minutes
What is it that Tiger and Madonna do that you could do too? – GYROTONIC®. Take your body to the next level in flexibility, coordination and strength. Start your journey with this group class that will guide your movement to where it hasn’t been before. Class capacity is 3 participants. Requires purchase of
