
- Payment is due on the same day of a visit or when your account balance is insufficient to cover your session that day. We accept cash, checks and Credit Cards.
- Class passes expire in 90 days, unless otherwise stated - Practice regularly so your pass doesn't expire! Partially-used class passes are not refundable.
- Returned checks - There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.

Studio Guidelines
Regularity of Practice
To experience the optimal benefits of your workouts, regular practice is important. We recommend a minimum of 2-3 times per week. Whatever your routine, if you practice on consistent basis you will accelerate your results and greatly enhance your overall health.
Arrival & Sign IN
Please arrive to the studio a few minutes early to sign in and make payments if you need to. When you arrive at EPY Center please remove your shoes & turn off your cell phone.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that for all personal trainer appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel to avoid a full charge for a missed or late-cancel appointment.
Payment

Health Conditions
Please consult your physician before starting any new exercise regime, especially if you have health issues. Inform your trainer of any serious health conditions such as neck, back or joint injuries, heart disease, high blood pressure, recent surgery, and pregnancy.
Attire
Wear athletic clothing that you can move in that is flexible and non-binding, such as shorts, T-shirts, yoga tops and pants. We practice in bare feet.
Mats and Props
We have public mats and props available for your use during class at EPY Center
Perfumes
Please go easy on wearing scents that might disturb other clients who are also working out in the studio
Food
Yoga postures and Pilates exercises should be performed on an empty stomach. Ideally, wait three to four hours after a large meal, one to two hours after a light snack.
Medications
Do not workout while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescribed drugs) which may impair your ability to judge your physical capabilities. If you are on a prescribed drug that may affect you movement please let your trainer know.
